The first 3 withdrawals per month are completely free, and from the fourth withdrawal onwards, a small processing fee may apply. VIP members enjoy unlimited free withdrawals. There are several common reasons why a withdrawal request may be pending. First, if your account has not yet been KYC verified, you'll need to complete document verification before your first withdrawal. Second, if you have not fulfilled the wagering requirements for an active bonus, you must complete that before you can withdraw. Third, some withdrawals may go into security review, which usually resolves within 24 hours. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 48 hours, contact our support team with your account ID and withdrawal reference.

Wagering requirements are the conditions that require you to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, if you deposit BDT 5,000 and receive a BDT 5,000 bonus (total BDT 10,000) with a 15x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of BDT 150,000 (10,000 × 15). All slot games contribute 100%, table games 20%, and some games may be excluded. You can view your current progress in the bonus section of your account. Once wagering is complete, the bonus will automatically convert to your main balance.

99zz offers weekly cashback bonuses that return a percentage of your total losses. Regular members receive 5% cashback, while VIP members get up to 10%. Every Monday, cashback is automatically credited to your account based on your previous week's net loss. Cashback bonuses typically have lower wagering requirements—just 3x to 5x. It's a great way to recover some of your losses and get another chance to play. To qualify for cashback, you must wager at least BDT 5,000 per week.
